1. About Easy Malik

Easy Malik provides scheduled property inspection and monitoring services for vacant plots and land across Pakistan. Our services include site visits, visual inspections, geo-tagged photographs, time-stamped reports, and notifications to clients.

Easy Malik is a monitoring and reporting service only. We are not a security company, property management company, caretaker, legal service provider, law enforcement agency, or recovery service.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are the lawful owner of the property, or
• You have full legal authority to act on behalf of the owner.

If you authorize Easy Malik to inspect a property without proper authority, you accept full responsibility for any resulting disputes, claims, or legal consequences.

Easy Malik reserves the right to request reasonable proof of ownership or authorization at any time.

3. Scope of Service

Our services may include:

• Scheduled property inspections.
• Geo-tagged and time-stamped photographs.
• Inspection reports.
• WhatsApp notifications.
• Email reports (where applicable).

The exact frequency of inspections depends on the plan purchased by the customer.

4. Scheduled Visits

Inspections are carried out only according to your selected plan.

Easy Malik does not provide continuous, live, or 24-hour monitoring.

Our reports represent only the condition of the property at the time of the scheduled inspection.

We are not responsible for any activity, damage, encroachment, theft, trespassing, occupation, or changes occurring before, after, or between scheduled inspections.

5. Additional Visits

Customers may request additional inspections outside their regular schedule. Additional visits:

• are subject to staff availability,
• may require advance notice,
• are charged separately according to our current pricing.

6. Encroachment, Qabza, and Suspicious Activity

If our inspection identifies possible encroachment, unauthorized activity, or suspicious conditions, Easy Malik will notify the customer using the contact details provided.

Our responsibility ends after documenting our observations and informing the customer.

Easy Malik does not:

• remove trespassers,
• confront individuals,
• negotiate disputes,
• secure the property,
• recover possession,
• file police reports,
• initiate legal proceedings,
• represent customers before courts or government authorities.

Any legal or administrative action remains solely the customer's responsibility.

7. Reports and Photographs

Inspection reports, photographs, geo-tags, and timestamps are prepared solely for informational purposes. They represent observations made during the inspection only.

Easy Malik does not guarantee:

• that every issue will be detected,
• that incidents occurred exactly as they appear,
• that photographs will be accepted as legal evidence,
• that any report will be accepted by a court, housing society, government department, or any other authority.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• provide accurate property information,
• provide correct contact details,
• promptly inform Easy Malik of any ownership changes,
• ensure that inspections can be carried out safely.

Customers must not use our services for unlawful purposes.

9. Access to Property

Customers confirm they have the legal right to authorize inspection of the property.

Easy Malik is not responsible for disputes relating to ownership, boundaries, inheritance, possession, or title.

If access becomes unsafe or impossible, Easy Malik may postpone or cancel the inspection.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Malik shall not be liable for:

• encroachment,
• qabza,
• theft,
• vandalism,
• property damage,
• financial loss,
• loss of opportunity,
• disputes,
• legal expenses,
• unauthorized occupation,
• government action,
• adverse possession,
• negligence of third parties,
• indirect or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall never exceed the total fees paid by the customer for the current service period.

11. No Guarantees

Easy Malik does not guarantee that:

• your property will remain secure,
• illegal occupation will be prevented,
• encroachment will be detected immediately,
• inspections will prevent losses,
• authorities will act upon our reports.

Our service reduces risk by providing regular documentation and timely notifications, but cannot eliminate risk.

12. Force Majeure

Easy Malik shall not be responsible for delays, missed inspections, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• severe weather,
• flooding,
• earthquakes,
• civil unrest,
• strikes,
• road closures,
• accidents,
• government restrictions,
• security concerns,
• power outages,
• communication failures.

13. Payments and Refunds

Fees are payable in advance.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a scheduled inspection has been completed.

Unused future services may be refunded only at Easy Malik's sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

14. Suspension or Termination

Easy Malik may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• false ownership information is provided,
• fraudulent activity is suspected,
• payment is overdue,
• inspections become unsafe,
• continuing the service may violate applicable law.

15. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

16. Intellectual Property

Inspection reports, photographs, website content, logos, branding, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Easy Malik unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may use inspection reports only for their own personal or business purposes relating to the monitored property.

17. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Malik, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal costs, or expenses arising from:

• ownership disputes,
• unauthorized instructions,
• inaccurate information supplied by the customer,
• misuse of our reports,
• the customer's actions or omissions.

18. Changes to These Terms

Easy Malik may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
