Property Information Security

We understand that your plot location is sensitive information. Access to client property details is restricted to the team members who carry out and process your inspections.

Inspection reports and photographs are shared only with you, on the WhatsApp number and email address you provide.

Data Retention

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you. Client records and inspection reports are retained for the duration of your plan so you have a continuous documented history of your property, and are deleted on request after your plan ends.

Third-Party Services

Our website form is delivered to us by an email service provider. Communication happens over WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage — no plot details are ever sent to analytics.
